Vilsa was a member of the Transport Guild and she wouldn't leave Davros behind so became the pilot of the Earth Protection Corps ship that was taken him to Earth. She was very concerned about his welfare and this concerned Anya Kingdom. She revived Davros to stop the Dalek attack. She spotted the planet Kembel for their ship to land on. She had a Movellan implant to get Davros to them, and she thought that they could had an alliance. The Kembel Faction exterminated. (AUDIO: The Dalek Defence)
