Biography

In early 2006, Dorothy Stokes sent an old photograph of Charles Dickens to the webmaster of Who is Doctor Who?, as in the background of the photograph, the Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler were visible; (PROSE: Rose sighting confirmed) the webmaster had previously asked on his website for any sightings of Rose.
