Richard Orford was a human who invented a time machine and was associated with Paul and Jenny.
Biography

Having created the time machine, Richard had an encounter with the Seventh Doctor, asking how the time machine compared to the Doctor's. The Doctor informed him that the outside was vaguely the same shape, but that the inside of the Doctor's was much larger.
After asking about the Doctor's most recent adventures, Richard thanked him for his help, shook hands, and turned away, ready to show the machine to Paul and Jenny. The Doctor vanished, much to Richard's confusion, and Paul and Jenny arrived, with Paul asking if Richard was alright. (TV: The Disney Club [+]Loading...["The Disney Club (TV story)"])
