Richard Orford's time machine
Richard Orford once built a time machine, seemingly constructed out of a shower. He showed this to the Seventh Doctor, who told him he was sure it would work. After revealing it from behind some curtains, Richard asked how it compared to the Doctor's ship, with the Doctor remarking that it was roughly the same shape, only the exterior of his own ship was a police box, and the interior was much larger than that of Richard's machine.
At the end of their discussion, Richard told the Doctor that he was going to show it to Paul and Jenny, and thanking him, with the Doctor telling him that it was a pleasure and disappearing, much to Richard's confusion. (TV: The Disney Club)

As only a 45 second clip has survived from the instalment of The Disney Club featuring the ship, it is unclear whether it actually worked.
