Winifred Whitby

Winifred Whitby was the owner of Fond Farewell. She was worried about the systems failing during the experimental procedure that revived Flynn Beckett. The Ninth Doctor questioned her on what was happening in the facility. She told the Doctor the process so that people who died accidents could be resurrected to be able to say goodbye. She thought that the Doctor and Sasha Yan were there to destroy the system. (AUDIO: Fond Farewell)
