bobby was a reader of the website Who is Doctor Who?.

On 2 April 2005, following the Dummy Massacre, bobby responded to Who is Doctor Who?'s request for sightings of the then missing Rose Tyler, telling Clive, who he assumed had got a lot of archived stuff with the Ninth Doctor's image, to go and look at the Bayeaux Tapestry, pointing out that the Doctor was standing next to a blue box with a figure remarkably like Rose.
