A game was played between the Toymaker and Charles Banerjee sometime on 2 October 1925.

Driven mad by the Giggle in his head, Banerjee asked the Toymaker to make it stop, something the Toymaker promised if he played a game. Banerjee lost the game, and as his prize, the Toymaker turned him into a puppet to reside in his domain.

Suddenly back when he was watching the first television effect, Banerjee was returned to his human self following the Toymaker losing another game to the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Doctors.
