The TLV Cards were the UNIT visual interface's information cards on individuals, species and technology involved in the Time Lord Victorious crisis, including an enemy entry for the Tenth Doctor himself's Time Lord Victorious persona. Uploading data transmitted through time by Sasha to the visual interface allowed UNIT Sergeant Darren to upgrade all of UNIT's TLV Cards to "Level Three".
