Kevin McNally (born 27 April 1956[1]) played Hugo Lang in the Doctor Who serial The Twin Dilemma and Professor Eustacius Jericho in Village of the Angels, Survivors of the Flux and The Vanquishers.

He also voiced several characters for Big Finish Productions.

He shared his memories of The Twin Dilemma on the fifth edition of Big Finish's charity podcast series Toby Hadoke's Who's Round and the audio commentary for the story's DVD release.

He is best known for his role as Joshamee Gibbs in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. He also played General Harris Cochrane in Designated Survivor, Judge Richard Woodhull in TURN: Washington's Spies, Horace Bryant in Downton Abbey, and Frank Devereaux in Supernatural.
