Lord President (The Great War)
The Time Lord that was Lord President during the Kotris crisis sent Straxus to stop the Eighth Doctor from going to the end of the universe and sent him on a mission. (AUDIO: The Great War)
He later chastised Straxus when their plans went wrong. He moaned that they always went wrong when the Doctor was involved. Fearing the "endgame," he gave Straxus permission to pilot a TARDIS to find the Doctor when he was lost from time, by tracking his spatial-temporal spore. He knew that Kotris was tracing Straxus' life signs through the vortex. (AUDIO: Tangled Web)
He was displeased when he found out that the Doctor had been sent to Srangor, and that Sandun had sacrificed himself to convince the Doctor that Straxus' TARDIS was time rammed. (AUDIO: X and the Daleks)
