Philatel-426 was a member of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids. He worked in the Cupid Post Office alongside Lord Thymon.

In 2022, Philatel's shadow was briefly hijacked by Auteur, who had been summoned to the Cupid Homeworld and was passing from Cupid to Cupid in an effort to escape and return to the Third Universe. Thymon noticed Philatel's shadow stretching across the hall and reached out, removing Auteur from the shadow and smashing him against the wall. The two had a brief confrontation, with Auteur eventually slipping away as a shadow once more and stealing the keys which unlocked all of the Homeworld's vital doors in the process.
