Clockwork Cherubs were mechanical lifeforms which resembled traditional cherubs. Residing on the Cupid Homeworld, the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids was made up of Clockwork Cherubs, (PROSE: Auteur's Abecedarium [+]Loading...["Auteur's Abecedarium (short story)"]) the earliest generation of which was created in the Prime Universe by a figure known only as "the Creator". (PROSE: Resurrection of the Author [+]Loading...["Resurrection of the Author (short story)"])

Clockwork Cherubs who were part of the Crew included Juliet-178, Thespian-315, Celebration-665, Pythagoras-858, Bibliophile-962, Larrikin-1029 and Carter-1277. (PROSE: Auteur's Abecedarium [+]Loading...["Auteur's Abecedarium (short story)"])

When speaking to Auteur, one Retconning Crocodile referred to the Crew as "the blasted cherubs". Auteur's Abecedarium, created at the behest of the Crocodiles in an attempt to unravel the narrative of the Crew, (PROSE: Resurrection of the Author [+]Loading...["Resurrection of the Author (short story)"]) referred to Clockwork Cherubs, stating "C is for Cherubs, ticking and whirring, little clockwork men!".
