In UNIT HQ in either the 1970s or 1980s, when caught in a time loop due to an Ogron's malfunctioning time machine, Andy Davidson asked the Eighth Doctor how they could remember previous iterations of the loop; he responded by saying that déjà vu was an occupational hazard for time travelers.
