The Master used to kill two Time Lords on Tersurus. - A promotional image for the stage play version of The Stuff of Legend [+]Loading...["The Stuff of Legend (audio story)"] shows Alex Macqueen, who portrayed the Reborn Master, brandishing a TCE. The prop was made exclusively for the promotional material, and was never used in the actual stage play.
