Up Above the Gods (comic story)
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
Up Above the Gods (comic story) was a Sixth Doctor comic strip published in Doctor Who Magazine in 1995, long after Colin Baker's tenure ended. The title was derived from a conversation in Genesis of the Daleks and this strip acted as a continuation of that debate.
Summary
Having rescued Davros from his creations on Skaro in his TARDIS, the Doctor offers him an army of Daleks, with the possibility that they be lifted from their obsession with mindless universal domination.
