Zargo
Zargo was originally Captain Miles Sharkey of the Hydrax before turning into one of the Three Who Rule.
Biography
Landing on a primitive planet, Sharkey (eventually Zargo) and two other officers ruled the planet from the tower for a thousand years. They kept the population in constant fear of The Wasting King, with Camilla as his queen, and Aukon as his advisor. Thanks to a race known as the Great Vampires, they were immortal. Over the years Sharkey became known as "Zargo" and forbade all knowledge.
Zargo eventually died when the Fourth Doctor launched one of the shuttles into the heart of the King Vampire, causing Zargo, Aukon and Camilla to lose their immortality. They aged to death. (DW: State of Decay)
