Sip Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen was a Slitheen who disguised himself as a policeman named Strickland during the attempted destruction of Earth. Sip-Fel-Fotch was sent to get rid of Jackie Tyler, but was electrocuted by the actions of the Ninth Doctor, allowing Jackie to escape with Mickey Smith.
