The Power of the Doctor was the thirty-first in The Thirteenth Doctor Sourcebook, adapted from the TV story of the same name.

Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

The plot follows the television story, with variance depending on how it is played. Advice is given on how to play the Master-Doctor.

Possibilities are given for how gamemasters might give resolution to some plot threads which were not resolved in the television story, including the inclusion of Bel, Karvanista, and the Division, connecting the Edge of Existence to the Doctor's memories and the illogical house, and including a subplot involving helping a younger Fugitive Doctor set up her identity as Ruth Clayton.

Further Adventures[[edit] | [edit source]]

In "Companionship", the companion support group faces an entity who is kidnapped them one by one to be put into an asteroid zoo.

In "Family Tradition", a duplicate of the Doctor's TARDIS crashes in London and causes rifts into past adventures the Doctor has had in the city. Kate calls in the adventurers and the companion support group to face ghosts of the past who have been recreated.

In "Star-Crossed", Bel, Vinder, and Karvanista are organizing ex-Division operatives to right the Division's wrongs. Vinder loses his memories after an encounter with the Alforias, and the adventurers must sneak into Alforian society to steal them back.

In "She is Loved", Yaz encounters the TARDIS which the Doctor left as a tree. The Holo-Doctor is in the data banks, allowing Yaz to be together with her again. They recruit the adventurers to help them sort out some temporal ripples at the heart of the Cyber-Wars.
