The building was many stories high. The above-ground levels were built around a rectangular atrium in the building's centre, which had a spiral staircase spanning from its bottom to top. This facility succeeded the Black Site as UNIT's central headquarters. (PROSE: The Thirteenth Doctor Sourcebook [+]Loading...["The Thirteenth Doctor Sourcebook (reference book)"]) This location was still a new building at the time of the Master's Dalek Plan, having been established during UNIT's return to power after (TV: The Power of the Doctor [+]Loading...["The Power of the Doctor (TV story)"]) the defeat of the Grand Serpent during the Final Flux event in 2021. Kate Stewart summoned the Thirteenth Doctor to the headquarters to meet with Ace and Tegan Jovanka to discuss the connected threats facing Earth during the Master's Dalek Plan. The Spy Master was brought to the HQ after his capture in Naples and imprisoned in the bunker. After this, the building was invaded and overcome by Cyber-Warriors led by a cloned Ashad. Tegan and Kate initiated the structural termination system to implode the building and entomb the Cybermen, escaping the building by its street entrance just as it collapsed.
