21st century[[edit] | [edit source]]

In an alternate 2006, the Isle of Dogs was the site of a time travel experiment conducted under the supervision of Professor Kelly. Having materialised in the nearby Canary Wharf tube station, the First Doctor and his companions visited the experiment going on at the Isle of Dogs. After the TARDIS was sent through the hoop, it ended up in the Thames in the 1940s. The Doctor and company then followed it through, themselves arriving in 1972, where they retrieved the TARDIS from the river and departed. (PROSE: The Time Travellers)

In 2006, Blon Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen, still disguised as Margaret Blaine, accidentally ended up in a skip here when she used an emergency teleport to get away from the impending destruction of 10 Downing Street. (TV: Boom Town)
