During the BBC's preparations for Christmas, the Prime Minister stepped out of 10 Downing Street to ask them to keep the noise down, as he was "trying to run a country in here". (TV: It's Showtime (part 2) [+]Loading...{"part":"2","1":"It's Showtime (TV story)"})

The Prime Minister seen in It's Showtime (part 2) [+]Loading...{"part":"2","1":"It's Showtime (TV story)"}, portrayed by David Walliams, is visibly the same as the one seen in Mr Stink, a film based upon Walliams's original book. His appearance in the ident served to promote the film's appearance on BBC One that year.
