Better Watch Out, Better Take Care was the seventeenth short story in the Short Trips anthology Short Trips and Side Steps and third in the "Special Occasions" quadrology. It was written by Steve Burford. It featured the Fourth Doctor and Romana II.

The Doctor dresses as Santa Claus and, with his helper Romana, sneaks into the Brigadier's house on Christmas Eve to leave him a present.
