Hingus Steen was a former soldier on Omnia. He rescued Peri Brown and Aldo Rega when caught out during curfew. He fought against the Daleks and told Peri and Aldo he was part of the resistance. He introduced them to the resistance. He was actually a member of the Watchers of the Law and sold Peri and Aldo to them. The Dalek Supreme exterminated him for letting the Sixth Doctor, Peri and Aldo escape. (AUDIO: Emissary of the Daleks)
