Marineville had access to Hydromic Missiles.
In early 2065, after an attack on Stingray by a Titan Terror Fish caused Marineville to raise the alarm and launch Battle Stations, (PROSE: Fireball Surrenders!) Commander Shore told a reporter for TV Century 21 "Stingray is finished, we've got to be prepared for anything" and was later said to be ready to launch Hydromic Missiles unless there was further news from Stingray within two hours.
