In an internet café in Las Palmas in 2004, Stephen Norris was about to post a Birthday message for his friend Anthony Wallenda on the Liverpool website, when the Ninth Doctor warned Stephen about being Anthony's friend and supoorting Liverpool, as they would end in disaster. In 2005, the squad was led by Steven Gerrard. The team won the 2005 European Cup, beating A.C. Milan in the final. This was the fifth time the club won the cup in its history. (AUDIO: Something Inside)

One year in the 2020s, Liverpool rivalled the team Manchester City for a title. On the same day that astronaut Adam Lang's descent module crashed into the Indian Ocean as he tried to return to Earth, Liverpool won over Manchester City, increasing pressure on the other team. (TV: Praxeus)
On 31 October 2021, The Thirteenth Doctor and Yaz arrived outside Liverpool's stadium. The Doctor recalled this time as the "Klopp era", and recalled seeing one match of the era 9 times, namely a match between Liverpool and Barcelona. On one of these occasiosn, the Doctor served as a ball boy for Trent. At this time the club was sponsored by Standard Chartered, with the name appearing on the football kit.
