Amanda Sutton, commonly known as Manda, was a 20th century Earth human. In 1919, she was one of the children transported to Q'ell to fight for the Recruiter. She was shot by her brainwashed brother Charles to force the Seventh Doctor to fix the Recruiter, who would then allow the Doctor to use the TARDIS's medical facilities to save her. He did so, and eventually was able to heal Manda. (PROSE: Toy Soldiers)
