Charles Sutton

Charles Sutton was a 20th century Earth human. In 1919, he was one of those transported to Q'ell and brainwashed to fight for the Recruiter. He shot his sister Manda to force the Seventh Doctor to fix the Recruiter, who would then allow the Doctor to use the TARDIS' medical facilities to save her. He did so, and eventually was able to heal Manda. The Doctor was later able to convince the Recruiter to end its war and release the people it controlled. Sutton was then returned to Earth by the Doctor. (PROSE: Toy Soldiers)
