Nigel Rawlands

Nigel Rawlands was a Contact 21 Field Agent of the Universal Secret Service who operated from Port Talbot in 2067.
He was given a mission to infiltrate an "enemy organisation". Rawlands was able to successfully accomplish his assignment thanks to using his initiative in order to create a Dalek disguise which was indistinguishable from the real thing. He sent a photograph of himself alongside his disguise to USS HQ. (PROSE: Dalek Disguise)
