The Science of Doctor Who (sometimes advertised as The Science of Doctor Who with Brian Cox) was a television documentary that aired on BBC Two on 14 November 2013.
It consisted of a lecture given by Professor Brian Cox, bookended by scenes of Cox with Matt Smith as the Eleventh Doctor in the TARDIS, in A Night with the Stars. Smith would later appear in character for a documentary in The Ultimate Guide.
Charles Dance appeared in the documentary.
