Tom MacRae, who worked for The Daily Sketch, was a resident of "Pete's World".

Macrae conducted an interview of John Lumic shortly before the rollout of Cybus Industries' "Ultimate Upgrade". Lumic was initially happy to answer the interviewer's questions, but, after the interviewer asked several questions which Lumic found to be beneath him, he pressed a button which caused the metallic chair the interviewer was setting on to fatally electrocute him.
