Universal Secret Service
The Universal Secret Service was the fifth section of the World Security Council. In 2065, it was headed by S, who sat on the Security Council, while field agents and administrative control were run by Brent Cleever, who was designated Agent Twenty One. Its headquarters were the Century 21 Toys Inc. factory in Kahra on Mars.
The USS worked closely with the World Space Patrol due to the Space Patrol's "universal" approach. (PROSE: This is 2065) It was also closely affiliated with the magazine TV Century 21, with the publication often printing correspondence from agents as well as encoded messages intended for agents. In February 2065, TV Century 21 published an assignment for all special agents which was printed in Red Code. It asked readers to tell Twenty One if they would like a trip in Fireball XL5. (COMIC: Power Play)
Graham Page, who was known as Agent 748537, once wrote a letter to Twenty One which expressed how much he enjoyed TV21. (PROSE: Graham Page)
One week in April 2065, TV21 acted on orders from Twenty One when they printed his USS secret bulletin Contact 21 on page eighteen. (COMIC: Duel of the Daleks)
