Reorganisation of the New Series Adventures

Pertaining to the discussion at BBC New Series Adventures#What is an NSA?. My principal proposal here is to group releases and series by publisher as shown with the structuring below. The sequel discussion: Forum:What are the 'New Series Adventures'?.
