On 28 March, the following important behind-the-scenes events were known to have occurred:
- 1966 - Pre-filming for The Gunfighters began at Ealing Studios. It covered the Clanton's riding into Tombstone from the first episode, the Clanton's and Johnny Ringo riding into Tombstone from the final episode and a bottle being shot by Billy Clanton. (TCH 7)
- 1969
- Episode six of The Space Pirates was recorded at BBC Television Centre Studio 4. (TCH 14)
- Location filming for The War Games continued at Underhill Lane. (TCH 14)
- 1972 - Studio filming for The Mutants took place at BBC Television Centre studio 3. (REF: Doctor Who The Handbook: The Third Doctor)
- 2006 - The Big Finish audio stories The Nowhere Place and Year of the Pig were recorded at the Moat Studios.
- 2010 - Two BBC Radio programmes were interrupted by specially-recorded mini-skits featuring Matt Smith in character as the Eleventh Doctor. On The Official Chart on BBC Radio 1, the Doctor interrupted "Opposite Adults" by Chiddy Bang and joked about knowing the No. 1 song before the listeners. Approximately two minutes later, BBC Radio 2's The Paul O'Grady Show was airing ABBA's "Super Trooper" when the Doctor again interrupted long enough to spot a mouse in the BBC studio.
- 2011 - The Big Finish audio story The Many Deaths of Jo Grant was recorded at the Moat Studios.
- 2018 - Big Finish's audio adaptation of the unproduced TV story Nightmare Country was recorded at the Moat Studios.
- 2020
- Big Finish announced the Torchwood audio adventure Dinner and a Show.
- Fantom Films launched The Time-Space Visualiser virtual conventions.
- 2022
- Transmission for Legend of the Sea Devils was confirmed for that year's Easter Sunday, 17 April.
- Big Finish's audio anthology Conflicts of Interest was recorded remotely.
- 2023 - Big Finish's audio anthology Audacity was recorded at the Soundhouse.
