75 Dalek Pencil Craft Sets Offered As Prizes was a 21 competition printed in TV Century 21 focusing heavily, as the name suggests, around the Daleks.

The competition was started in TV21 76 where the rules and prizes were outlined. It was set largely in-universe, being hosted by Universal Secret Service agent Francoise Ge-Brun. For a chance of winning, readers had to colour an illustrated picture of a Dalek which was printed on the page with the colours they thought were the most appropriate and then send it to the given address, along with a list of the six features in the magazine they liked best in order of preference. The closing date was 7 July 1966.

Seventy-five winners were rewarded with a Dalek Pencil Craft Set each. TV21 stated that the sets were made by Tower Press (London) Ltd. and, retailing at 9/11d, were otherwise available at all leading toyshops and stores. It does not appear as if the names of the winners were ever printed in the magazine.

The announcement of the competition in TV21 76 was also accompanied with a short biography of Francoise Ge-Brun which detailed his education at Paris University and entrance into the U.S.S. Spy School, as well as his service as a 00 agent attached to Station GX1 on Jupiter and his eventual rise to head of the station.
