Albion Chambers

Albion Chambers was an alleyway located in Soho during 1925. Along its length were many posters for businesses, such as Henrik's and School of Motoring.
When the Fourteenth Doctor and Donna Noble went to 1925 Soho to find Stooky Bill, the Doctor's TARDIS materialised in Albion Chambers, which was only a short walk from the Mr Emporium toyshop the Toymaker had set up as a base. (TV: The Giggle [+]Loading...["The Giggle (TV story)"])

Albion Chambers is actually the name of the real alleyway used in filming. However, the alleyway is actually located in Bristol, not London.
