Alien (Revenge of the Phantoms)

An alien whom the Third Doctor called a "warlock" resided on a planet which had been rendered a wasteland due to its experiments and life there. Jo Grant thought the individual looked like a large baby.
This individual was an artist, creating paintings and artworks that required expertise found around the universe. They lived in a domed structure on the planet.
They could transfer their consciousness to another being when their body began to die, but as was the case when the Doctor and Jo Grant came upon this individual, they had left it too late, and through the confrontation with Jo and the Doctor led to them dying.
