Andy Proctor
Andy Proctor was the husband of Monica Proctor, and the father of Jordan Proctor and Cleo Proctor.

Sometime before 1995, Andy and Monica had two children, Jordan and Cleo. (AUDIO: Lost) While Monica favoured Jordan more, causing a strained relationship with Cleo growing up, Cleo was "the ultimate daddy's girl". (AUDIO: Hysteria)
Nearly 20 years before 2022, (AUDIO: Recruits) when Cleo was six or seven years old, Cleo and Andy were attacked by a creature that hatched from an egg during the Red Hatching. The Tenth Doctor saved Cleo but was too late to save Andy. (AUDIO: Salvation)[1]
Andy's absence enabled Monica to banish Cleo from their home when she started her transition, forcing her to live with Jordan. His disappearance would deeply affect Cleo, who never gave up searching for him, despite Monica and Jordan's belief he had wilfully abandoned them.
In 2022, after being taken to the Black Archive by UNIT and while investigating a room in the East side of the warehouse, Cleo and her friend Shawna Thompson found a box that contained some of Andy's possessions. This led Cleo to believe he had been killed by UNIT and they had covered up his murder. (AUDIO: Recruits)
