Basil Hexworthy

Basil Hexworthy was the owner of the land in Devon near Daw Tor. He chastised the Third Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith for trespassing. He was tracing the mysterious hoofprints. He helped Chilton but only to get a weapon like his. He decided to go against him after he lost his standing in the village. He then helped the Doctor in his plans. (AUDIO: The Devil's Hoofprints)
