Attending the opening of a new Capitol building as Lord President, the Fifth Doctor donned the Belt of Omega, uniquely named after Omega as opposed to Rassilon, as part of a Presidential dress he was forced to wear. Seeing the Doctor fit it on, Tegan Jovanka amusingly suggested that Omega had tried to steal his body because he was jealous. (AUDIO: Time in Office, TV: Arc of Infinity)
