Bill Thorpe was Alexander Hartford's personal assistant.
He was part of Hartford's assault team on the Naryshkin Institute. He killed Penny Ashworth for leaving her room without permission. Maxwell Curtis killed him by draining his life energy and turning his body into a small pebble. (PROSE: Time Zero)
