A Blowfish was in league with the Time Agent Captain John Hart. He appeared in Cardiff where he stole a sports car, embarking on a drug-fuelled joyride through Cardiff. He was tracked down by Torchwood Three. He took hostages in a bid for freedom, but was shot in the head by Jack Harkness. (TV: Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang)
