Blue blood

The blue blood serum was created by Dr Patricia Audley, developed from the research conducted from Project Sub-Zero.
Its purpose was to allow the user to survive in extreme cold, even in limited clothing. It gained its name from one of its side-effects, in that it turned the user's blood colour to a deep blue. (COMIC: Blood and Ice)
