Bonnie (Doctor Who?)
Bonnie was responsible for revamping the Sixth Doctor's show into The Monsters from Fame although he was of the opinion that it was not "going to help matters". She told the contestants that included Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans, Ice Warriors, Sea Devils, Yeti and John Nathan-Turner to "get those legs higher". (NOTVALID: Doctor Who? 115)
She later travelled with the Doctor in the TARDIS. After she piloted the ship to the centre of the galaxy, the Doctor sternly told her that it would be the last time he was going to let her choreograph the TARDIS flight. (NOTVALID: Twit in Space)

Bonnie is clearly in reference to companion actor Bonnie Langford. Her appearance in Doctor Who? 115 predated her character Melanie Bush's debut in Terror of the Vervoids by some months, as did her appearance in the original publication of Twit in Space.
