Twit in Space was a comic story by Tim Quinn and Dicky Howett originally published in DC Thomson's Celebrity Magazine and reprinted in It's Even Bigger on the Inside.

- Kevin and Rabbie have travelled to the centre of the galaxy in The Ashwell Wood which is where the Sun should be.
- Kevin states that it was his and Rabbie's fault that the cannibal planet ate the Sun.
- Kevin and Rabbie use the power from The Ashwell Wood in an attempt to bring some light to the galaxy.
- Kevin claims that "they" laughed at Thomas Edison but Rabbie adds that this was not true at the Glasgow Empire.
- The cannibal planet is seen devouring a planet with rings.
- There are "solar flares" at the centre in the galaxy that are actually just flared clothing.
- Halley's Comet passes.
- Kirk tells Mr Sulu that when he said "to boldly go" he didn't mean into the back of Soyuz One.
- The crew of the Soyuz One call the crew of the Enterprise "capitalist twitoviches".
- The Doctor tells Bonnie that this latest mishap is the last time he will let her choreograph the TARDIS flight.
- The crew of the Apollo 33 say that this is one small slip for man and one giant foul-up for mankind.

- This story was originally published in the Celebrity Magazine from DC Thomson in 1986. Twit in Space was another of Quinn and Howett's long-running strips similar to Doctor Who?. The cannibal planet was an ongoing plot thread at the time of this particular instalment's publication.
- The closing caption promises that Kevin and Rabbie will give the cannibal planet its "just desserts" in the following week's instalment.
