In reality, the Bundeswehr is the unified armed forces of Germany, including their administration and procurement authorities first founded in 1955. It is similar to the British Ministry of Defence. The Bundeswehr would therefore include the modern German Army, Germany Navy and German Air Force, among other federal military and administration services.
The Bundeswehr was the direct successor of the Wehrmacht.
