In 2047, a captain was part of the World Government forces on Mars. After SOFRAM threatened to destroy London if Agent Twenty One of the Universal Secret Service wasn't handed over to them, the captain roused him from his bed, arrested him and took him to the Kahra spaceport. On their journey, they passed USS HQ, which was ablaze, the captain informing Twenty One the fire was as a result of direct orders from the World President, to his utter disbelief. When they reached the World Security Council building in Washington, he was dismissed from the meeting by President Nikita Bandranaik. (COMIC: An Eye For An Eye)
