Chip was man who abused drugs such as cocaine and attended orgies. He spent so long at one orgy that he lost track of the days and was glad when the predator's darkness faded so that he could be picky once again about whom he had sex with. He offered Tyler Steele a line of cocaine before having sex, but Tyler declined and left, having had a waking nightmare in which Chip played a key role. (AUDIO: Night Watch)

Although Tyler never learnt Chip's name, his name was given in the God Among Us 1 credits.
