Colin Baker was an actor who played a fictional Doctor Who, starring in BBC's Doctor Who. Baker was also put on trial twice.

At some point in Baker's life, he had been put on trial. (WC: The Trial)
Baker was later put on trial once again, this time for an unpaid parking fine, which he received whilst filming new bonus material for the Doctor Who Season 23 Blu-Ray Collection. During the trial, he tried to justify to the magistrate that he should be excused, and that the very fact he was on trial was a farce. Baker also provided evidence downloaded from the Time Lord's Matrix, but to no avail, and he was placed in a cell with a female friend. (WC: The Trial)

In one universe, Colin was recording a monologue, in character as the Warrior, about his existence, when the director working with Colin stopped the scene, deciding that the scene needed to be redone for safety. Colin then did the second take. This reality was glimpsed by the Warrior when he was trying to reset his universe. Although he was not given a clear in-universe illustration during the narrative of WC: Peter Capaldi and Simon the Shy Cyberman Invite You to Breakfast with 7 Doctors, the only currently valid story to reference him, the end of the webcast included a screen featuring photographs of each Doctor who would be present at the event, in-costume as "the Doctor".
