Congestion charge

In 1897, the Tenth Doctor noted that the congestion charge would not kick in for over a century. (COMIC: Bat Attack!)

After the space pig and its craft crashed into the Big Ben and onto the Thames, the craft was caught by fifty-seven traffic cams. Major Jenny Maguire of UNIT joked that the first thing that would happen to the space pig after it left its craft would to be given a Congestion Charge. (PROSE: Operation London)
