According to the Doctor's Five Hundred Year Diary, the character 'Doctor Who', or 'the Doctor', was asked to defend planet Earth from claims of ownership by 'the evil Cosmegalon corporation' in the planned story The Doomsday Contract. The corporation's logo apparently '[appeared there] with permission of Cosmegalon Corps. All rights reserved.'
